Our schools were telling us that their biggest bugbear regarding the administration of any school trip is managing paper forms. Whether it is children ferrying the forms home and back again (with many getting lost along the way). Or the trip leader having to carry around a bunch of forms whilst on the trip.
Our development team have been working hard, and we are delighted to tell you about our latest product update, you can now generate forms within the Trips & Events module.
Whether that is just simply asking for parental consent, or whether there are any additional questions such as lunch choices, you create the form to suit each school trip.
Online form for school trips
Simple to create your own online form for school trips or clubs within the module. Choose from different question formats:
- Ask parents for consent;
- Include permission tick boxes;
- Any additional equipment hire, for example a musical instrument for a music club
- List the lunch choices;
- You can have either a single line text; and/or
- Full paragraph of text
Easy reporting
You can monitor responses by running reports. Furthermore, all form responses can then be filtered, exported and printed for the trip leader to take with them on the trip.
Streamline your admin
No more paper forms getting lost.
Massively reduces admin workload – having to chase unreturned forms, there is an option to make completing the form obligatory before their child is added to a trip.
Then parents complete the form, either online or via our SCOPAY app.
You can also configure the system, so the form must be completed before any payment is accepted.
For any families that are not online, schools can also manually add or edit form entries easily.
