Why we built it

What Advanced Booking Limits does
Advanced Booking Limits puts you firmly back in control of how bookings work in your school. With this update, you can:
- Define cut-off times: Giving you breathing room to finalise numbers before an activity begins.
- Apply rules per activity: Tailor settings for each club or event, instead of one-size-fits-all restrictions.
- Require Advance Notice: Fed up of not getting enough notice for bookings? Well, now you can set booking requirements and timelines, in advance.
- Prevent double-booking: Parents can’t accidentally book two clashing activities.
Everything happens automatically, reducing the need for manual checks or back-and-forth emails.
