Steve Parrott
Managing Director
Experienced and passionate about IT for the educational sector, Steve has an extensive track record in operational change, digital transformation and customer service. He strives to achieve high level customer experience through collaborative working relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
With his extensive experience in education and software, Steve identifies opportunities to introduce new revenue streams for schools, increase margins and reduce costs.
Outside of work Steve likes to get involved in supporting education in his local area, holding Governor and Chair of Governor roles in local schools and more recently as a Trustee at OWN Academy Trust in Cambridgeshire.
Steve is an avid lover of all water sports and is never happier than when he is on or near the water.
James Relton
Head of Customer Support
James is the Customer Support Manager and has been part of the Tucasi family since 2009. During his time in the customer support team, James has gleaned a wealth of experience and knows the modules inside out. Initially, he joined the company as first line support and worked his way up to third line support before becoming the Support Manager for the team.
James is still very much involved with the day-to-day customer support alongside his team and continues to work closely with customers to help solve their technical issues. James’ expertise is valued by the schools he liaises with and regularly receives positive feedback from the customers he has helped.
Outside of work, James enjoys taking his children to football watching them grow, hopefully into the future England Goalkeeper!
Nathan Foley
Head of Development & Infrastructure
Nathan is an experienced IT professional, with a passion for building software that improves the lives of our users. Having worked in various technical and management roles at Tucasi, Nathan has in-depth knowledge of the challenges school admin offices face and leads our technical teams to continually develop solutions to make their lives better.
Outside of work, Nathan gives back to the education community by volunteering his time as a school governor, and plays the occasional game of golf.
Terry Brown
Head of Sales & Marketing
Terry’s ambition is to help schools to better manage their income more effectively with fully integrated software solutions to meet their needs. With his expertise, Terry can call upon years of experience to support schools in reaching their goals.
Terry has been part of the Tucasi family since 2008 and has built strong relationships with school leaders during that time, and they value his expertise and advice to overcome any issues they have.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found playing taxi service to both of his sons for their many clubs and social events.
Barbara Wall
Head of Operations
Barbara is head of the operations and professional services team. She has worked at Tucasi since 2013 and as a result is very knowledgeable about the education sector and how to get the most out of our modules. Working closely with schools, Barbara provides invaluable support to schools.
Prior to joining Tucasi, Barbara was a School Business Manager with business manager qualifications: CSBM and DSBM.
When not working, Barbara enjoys taking her Border Collie, Jasper out for long walks in the countryside or when the family are at their caravan, or to just relax with a good book.

Amy Hewett
National Sales Consultant
Amy has an extensive track record working within the education sector. Working closely with Multi Academy Trusts, catering companies and Local Authorities Amy knows that strong relationships are built on trust and integrity and believes that this is to be the cornerstone of Tucasi as a company.
Life outside of work for Amy, spends time with her little girl and crazy dog, Benji! Both keep Amy very busy!
Paul Lane
Sales Consultant
Paul is the first port of call for both primary and secondary schools wishing to discuss how Tucasi’s software modules can help improve efficiencies at their school. By helping schools to manage their income more effectively, Paul advises on software solutions to best meet the school’s individual needs.
Outside of work, Paul is a passionate music fan and has managed bands, organised live music events and has presented a weekly internet radio show.
Darren Sullivan
Sales Consultant
Darren has worked in Account Management & Sales for over twenty years, in all sorts of guises: selling windows, mobile phones, broadband, antivirus, ERP software and booking & management software.
Outside of work, Darren is a qualified football coach and martial arts (muay thai) instructor. He enjoys random weekday takeaways, Netflix documentary binges, pub quizzes and Sunday pub roast dinners. As well as two dogs (Reggie & Benji), he has four children who always keep life interesting (and expensive!)
Kirsty O'Dwyer
Sales Consultant
Kirsty has recently joined the Tucasi sales team and is passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering the right solutions to primary and secondary schools through building effective relationships. Kirsty is keen to learn from the expertise around her and grow in her role at Tucasi.
Outside of work, Kirsty loves to holiday with family and friends, listen and dance to live music and has regularly fundraised for Rare Dementia over the past few years.
Stephanie Wood
Sales Consultant
Stephanie has worked within the education sector for several years, and has recently joined the Tucasi sales team, and is looking to grow further with this role. Working closely with schools, Stephanie knows that strong relationships are built on trust and integrity, the cornerstone of Tucasi as a company.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys the great outdoors either horse riding, cycling or walking.
Fadila Ainan
Lead Generator
Fadila Ainan is originally from London and now resides in Hertfordshire. A sales professional, Fadila has been working in sales for as long as she can remember!
Outside of work, Fadila enjoys shopping and eating in trending restaurants in the city. Other interests include love ancient history learning languages and travelling.
