Build an allergen and dietary preference profile, covering the 14 core allergens as well as more specific requirements, including individual intolerances.

When a restriction is applied, pupils can only order from the relevant menu, preventing unsuitable choices.
Assign and confirm restrictions
Choose a pupil and record the relevant dietary requirements. The restriction must be confirmed by the parent in SCOPAY before meals can be ordered.

Kitchen staff can have a clear visibility of required meals and dietary needs, minimising risks when serving.
