This is exactly what the Tucasi ‘Extended Day’ module can help you manage. Tucasi’s new Extended Day module is similar to the current dinner money system and is fully integrated within Schools Cash Office, but supports activities organised into sessions. The module supports multiple clubs and multiple sessions within each club and allows individual pricing per session. Each club can be colour coded (to ensure the correct club is selected when entering data). Children who are not current pupils can be added easily and, of course, as with all Tucasi systems, reporting tools allow access to any information you might need.
