Education Secretary Promises £26m For Breakfast Clubs - Is Your School Prepared?
Last month, Damien Hinds - the Education Secretary announced that in the next three years, £26 million will be put back into schools, giving students more access to attend breakfast clubs. Speaking on the importance of breakfast clubs, he commented "A healthy breakfast can help fuel children's concentration, so they can get the most out of their school day."
Tucasi expect this initiative to increase the number of pupils attending breakfast clubs, and for school's we understand the time and effort involved in co-ordinating breakfast clubs. With so many individual tasks to complete, such as chasing payment, taking registers, storing allergy information and club timetables - it's no wonder that staff find the whole process lengthy and sometimes difficult.
Tucasi's Extended Day module removes the existing issues that administration staff may face. Our software helps schools across the UK manage out of hours groups with ease. You can manage larger pupil numbers with less effort - it's a win: win scenario.
