When schools enable the new feature, parents are invited to set up Monthly Billing in SCOPAY. It allows parents to automatically pay off their balances, or top-up to their chosen amount on their preferred date, every month.

Like paying for utilities, it takes away the hassle for parents having to remember to log in and pay.

This reduces the need for schools to chase parents.

Firstly, you will need to make sure you are using the latest version of Schools Cash Office.

Once you are using the latest version, it's easy to enable monthly billing. Please contact us and we will activate this feature.

Then all you need to do is let your parents know.
