Onsite Training
Onsite training at your school
- One of our consultants will come to your school to train your staff in an environment that is convenient and familiar to you.
- The hands-on training will be provided by our consultant structured around your school’s requirements.
- An Agenda and Setup Guide will be emailed to all delegates in advance.
- The training will be carried out during the school day, usually commencing at around 10.00 am and finishing by 3.30 pm.
- Onsite training is ideally suited for two delegates, with a maximum of four.
- The consultant will provide two laptops on which to deliver the training.
- The training will cover in detail the day-to-day usage of Schools Cash Office (SCO), including:
- Dinner Money (if ordered)
- Trips and Events
- Other Income and Expenditure
- Banking
- Reporting
- Customisation and Setup - the consultant will assist you in getting started with SCO and configuring the relevant parts ready for use. This includes:
- Creating User IDs
- Bank Accounts and Cost Centres
- Carrying forward account balances
- Setting up products for sale
- Configuring the Dinner Money system (if ordered).
Requirements:
- The SCO software should be installed at your school prior to the training (an installation CD and full instructions will be supplied).
- A list of all delegates should be provided in advance, including email addresses.
- Delegates should be prepared to attend a full day’s training.
- A dedicated room with available power sockets will be required for the training.
