Training
Flexible options to suit your schedule
Based on experience we strongly believe that you will get the most from your Tucasi system if you participate in one of our formal training courses. Our training consultants have significant experience of working with schools and understand the sort of issues that you are dealing with. So not only can we provide instruction on how our system works but we can also share with you ideas from other schools about how to make your income administration procedures work more smoothly.
We offer a range of training options:
Onsite training at your school
One of our consultants will visit your school and spend the day with you explaining how the system works and then working with you to get started with your system.
Online training via the internet
One of our consultants will deliver a live training session over the internet. This is an effective option if you have broadband access and a hands free telephone.
Offsite training sessions
You will join with several other schools at one of our training centres for a one-day training course. Our consultant will explain to you how the product works through a combination of formal presentations and practical exercises. This is also a great option for refresher training or for training new members of staff.
Custom training / onsite technical assistance
We can also provide custom training or onsite technical assistance on a request basis. Please contact the Tucasi Training Administrator to request this service.
