Troubleshooting problems with online submission of M1 Catering Return

What to do if the online submission of the M1 Catering Return form is not working.
Solution
If you have already installed the software for online M1 submission on your SCO server and are having problems submitting the form then follow the steps listed below.
If you have not yet installed the software you should follow the installation instructions in the
SCO Installation Guide for Online Submission of the M1 Form.
If you are not sure whether the software for online M1 submission has been installed or not, check for the existence of the folder InternetSync in the SCO folder on your server - eg H:\applications\sco\InternetSync.
If the folder exists this indicates that the software has been installed.
1. Confirm all required settings are correct
2. Submit completed M1 form

3. Re-install software
Only follow this step if after following steps 1 and 2 above the M1 form has not been successfully sent.
