A pupil's Free School Meal status has changed - how do I manage this in SCO Dinner Money?

Summary:    
A pupil’s Free School Meal status has changed, and meal codes have already been entered for the pupil. The pupil now has an incorrect dinner money balance.

Solution:

1.         Change the pupil’s Free School Meal status.

• Exit SCO Dinner Money and login to Schools Cash Office.
• Click on the Accounts tab.
• Right-click on the required pupil.
• Click on Edit Pupil Details.
• Click on the Meals tab.
• Adjust the Pupil has free meals check-box accordingly.
• Click on Done.
• The changed setting will be applied to all meals entered for the pupil from this point forward.

2.         Adjust the pupil’s dinner money balance.

• Login to SCO Dinner Money
• Overtype any previously entered meal codes for this pupil to reflect the new FSM status.  The pupil’s balance will be automatically adjusted.

This change will also be reflected in the Trips and Events Free Meals Report.
