About Us

Our company was formed to address the problems of the income collection process in schools. We've combined our knowledge of school governance and financial management (two of the founders have been chairs of governors' finance committees) with technical expertise (we've built income systems for Disney Theme Parks and Homebase amongst others) and some smart people to create an organisation that is entirely focused on helping schools.

Listening to schools

Our technical knowledge is augmented by a deep conviction that we must listen to what you, our customers, are telling us.  We are always on the lookout for good ideas on how we could improve our product and we always feed the ideas back to our technical teams. And we act on what we hear; our last product release incorporated over 200 enhancements that were inspired by feedback from schools.

We also understand that a software product must be backed up by good service.  We have invested significant resources in creating an operations team that takes care of shipping, training and post sales support.  And we are always keen to hear from schools.  Whether it’s a good idea, a compliment or a complaint, or simply a request for some help please get in touch.
