About Us
Our company was formed to address the problems of the income collection process in schools. Since our formation in 2004 we have grown our user base to approximately 3,000 schools across 140 Local Authorities throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We also work with a number of British Forces Schools in other parts of the world.
We’re proud of the feedback we get from our users who tell us what a difference Tucasi systems have made to their working day. We have literally hundreds of schools that have agreed to act as references for us – please ask if you want to speak to an existing user.
As we’ve grown, so we’ve found ourselves working with other organisations that are interested in efficient income collection including caterers, local authorities and cashless catering suppliers. We have the technical resources to create customised applications and interfaces with 3rd party systems that enhance the functionality and value added of those systems.
Listening to schools
Our technical knowledge is augmented by a deep conviction that we must listen to what you, our customers, are telling us. We are always on the lookout for good ideas on how we could improve our product and we always feed the ideas back to our technical teams. And we act on what we hear; we are implementing, on average, 20 changes and enhancements to our product every week which we then make available to schools in an orderly release process.
We also understand that a software product must be backed up by good service. We have invested significant resources in creating an operations team that takes care of shipping, training and post sales support. And we are always keen to hear from schools.
