Tucasi works with Local Authorities to help implement ‘best practice’ income administration processes in schools. The Schools Cash Office system creates a framework that can deliver consistent income procedures in schools throughout an Authority. The system is fast to implement and easy for schools to learn; it comes in modular format (see left) allowing you to decide on the scale of implementation. It creates a permanent record every time money is received in school and, if appropriate, can be set up to print receipts. The system generates a complete audit trail from the time money is received in school to the point where it’s paid into the bank. Schools like it because it actually makes the job of collecting money easier. The system also creates more options for parents on how they can pay – including on-line payment by credit card.
